Nanosud

Nanosud APAC is transforming environmental performance in mining through next-generation nanobubble technology. We help mines meet critical ESG goals and comply with state and federal environmental requirements by reducing chemical use, lowering freshwater intake, cutting emissions, and improving post-treatment water quality — allowing mine-affected water to be recovered closer to natural, unaffected conditions for safe reuse or discharge. Our solutions support environmental compliance, biodiversity protection, and long-term water stewardship.

Our advanced systems inject ultra-fine gas bubbles (nanobubbles) into process water, enhancing dissolved oxygen, flocculation, sedimentation, and mineral recovery. This enables mines to reduce flocculant use, accelerate tailings settling, and maximize water recycling efficiency, delivering both sustainability and operational gains.

With scalable, site-adapted solutions, Nanosud partners with mining operations to optimize CHPPs, tailings dams, and process circuits — helping them meet regulatory obligations, strengthen ESG performance, and improve profitability.

KCL Industries

Operating a 100% Off Grid workshop which has given KCL the opportunity to design and create green parts for the coal mining industry, whilst creating a product that helps reduce potential manual handling and repetitive strain injuries.

With approximately a 17.25% weight reduction per segment. During a 12hr shutdown this equates to approximately 500Kg less in manual handling.

Based on 3 changes per year, a minimum of 1.5 tonnes doesn’t have to be lifted by workers. During the design phase it was noted that eye injuries are also an issue due to fragmentation. KCL have incorporated pocketing into the feet to guide during removal thus helping contain any fragments should they become dislodged. This helps stop slippage of the jackhammer which can result in over reach and back strain/injury.
