Helping employers address skilled workforce gaps
Between May and August, Migration Queensland will visit regional Queensland to deliver a series of free, employer‑focused seminars designed to help businesses better understand and access skilled migration pathways.
These 1.5‑hour sessions, delivered over a complimentary working lunch, will provide practical insights into Australia’s skilled migration system, including real‑world employer case studies, guidance on attracting and retaining migrant talent, and an overview of the support available to employers and employees. The seminars are ideal for:
· Business owners and employers
· HR and talent professionals
· Economic development and business engagement officers
If your organisation or the businesses you support are experiencing persistent skills shortages that cannot be met locally, this session offers practical, Queensland‑specific information to support workforce planning and growth.
